Im here to make a lifestyle change. My biggest goal right now is to get active, I WANT to use my body. Im no longer dreading my workouts but viewing them as a way to celebrate and embrace my body, and the energy and life that flows through it.

My huge salad for today!
Romaine lettuce, spinach, zucchini, carrot, red pepper, chickpeas, red grapes, chia seeds and a ginger and toasted sesame dressing.
I’ve yet to have it, but I always get excited to make my salads (yeah, not joking) so I made it straight after breakfast and it’s now in the fridge waiting for me! Om nom nom.
